Eye Candy Lens

Hey girls!

I had a completely different post scheduled in for today but upon stumbling across a few blog posts regarding the quality of lens from Eyecandylens.com, I thought it would be best to bring awareness. Whilst I don't personally wear circle lens (my own choice; I'm no good at getting them in plus I've heard horror stories like these before) I know that some of you girls do and should read this.

Hysterical Mint: How Circle Lens Damaged My Eyes
Cindy Tang: Not So Sexy Eyes Anymore

If you're a circle lens wearer I'd definitely recommend reading these posts, especially if you have purchased any lenses from Eye Candy Lens.

See you later!

    1. I can't believe the damage that has been caused to her eyes! I think it's best to get your lenses from either an opticians or from a supplier you know you can trust. GEO has an anti-fake system so at least you know your lens are genuine.

Poor girl, I really do hope that everyone reads this post because I think a lot of people forget the damage that bad lenses can do.

    1. Go ahead, you don't need to ask! I think it's best to get the word out to people who may be unaware of the damage that bad lenses can do to your eye. Plus, it definitely doesn't look too good on Eye Candy Lens' part. :S

  3. I read the posts, too, and felt really bad for them. I'm also super careful with my lenses, but now I realized there'll always be risks

  5. I don't really like lenses.. Our eyes are to sensitive to keep putting things on it - unless its necessary. Any way, it's good to know that!!

    1. I know! I've only ever tried to use vision correction lenses but occasionally I get the urge to purchase circle lenses. After reading those posts and some of the comments I think I'd definitely be careful about buying them! After all, it's essentially putting bits of plastic into our eyes.
